January 14, 2025: Winterville, NC 28590 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Faith Christian Academy Conquerors (Goldsboro, NC) and the host Christ Covenant Spartans (Winterville, NC), observed Faith Christian Academy's basketball team overwhelm Christ Covenant by a score of 49-23.
The Conquerors (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gramercy Christian (Newport, NC). The Warriors come into the challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Gramercy Christian trounced Fellowship Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC), 44-6, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Community Christian Cyclones (Wilson, NC) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Christ Covenant will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 38-25 non-league win over Ahoskie Christian (Ahoskie, NC).
