Minnesota High School Basketball - Caledonia trounces Waunakee
January 15, 2022: Caledonia, MN 55921 The Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Waunakee Warriors (Waunakee, WI), 74-52 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (13-0) will now prepare for their test against Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN). The Cardinals go into the AA Section 1 test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Lewiston-Altura was trounced by Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 58-45, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Milwaukee King for a non-league test on Monday, January 17. Waunakee will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 75-43 league win over Milwaukee Bay View (Milwaukee, WI). The Generals record now stands at 3-3.
