Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pine Grove fells Brandywine Heights Area
January 15, 2022: Pine Grove, PA 17963 Pine Grove Cardinals (Pine Grove, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brandywine Heights Area Bullets (Topton, PA), 51-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pine Grove upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Cardinals host Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA) to play the Blue Raiders in a Schuylkill County 1 bout on Thursday, January 20. The Blue Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-6.
Next up, the Bullets play the Schuylkill Valley Panthers (Leesport, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Brandywine Heights Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 34-32 non-league win over Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA).
