The Central Rockets basketball team (Burlington, IL), was overwhelmed 49-24 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL)

The Dolphins now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Lawndale for a Chicago Public - Red North/West battle on Tuesday, January 18. Whitney Young will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-8.
