Michigan High School Basketball - Berkley fells Richmond
January 15, 2023: Berkley, MI 48072 Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Richmond Blue Devils (Richmond, MI), 75-65 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Berkley upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bears host University (Ferndale, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-4. University lost 55-38 in their recent non-league bout against Advanced Tech Academy (Dearborn, MI)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI) in a Blue Water Area bout, on Thursday, January 19. Richmond will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 55-33 league win over Imlay City (Imlay City, MI).
