Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop McDevitt knocked off by Central Dauphin East
January 15, 2024: Harrisburg, PA 17109 The Central Dauphin East Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Bishop McDevitt Crusaders to 44 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Altoona for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest on Tuesday, January 16. Central Dauphin East will meet a Mountain Lions team coming off a 64-42 league loss to State College (State College, PA). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 0-12.
The Crusaders (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Pennsboro (Enola, PA). The Panthers enter the Mid-Penn - Capital contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, East Pennsboro was defeated by Middletown (Middletown, PA), 54-50, in a league contest.
