Connecticut High School Basketball - Cheney RVT nudges Glastonbury

January 15, 2024: Manchester, CT 06040

In Monday's non-league outing, the Cheney RVT Beavers (Manchester, CT) basketball squad edged the visiting Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT), by a count of 49-45.

The Beavers (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT). The Eagles go into the Freelance outing with a 1-7 record. In their last outing, Harvard Ellis Tech was tipped by Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT), 76-45, in a non-league outing.

The Guardians now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to South Windsor for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 16. Glastonbury will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 94-63 league loss to East Hartford (East Hartford, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-6.
