With the victory, Lakeview Academy improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to George Walton Academy (Monroe, GA) to confront the Bulldogs in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. George Walton Academy won 45-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA)
Next up, the Rams confront the Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Louisville, GA) in a GIAA A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Monsignor Donovan Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 75-45 non-league loss to Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA).
