January 15, 2024: Seneca, IL 61360 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL) and the host Seneca Fighting Irish (Seneca, IL), saw Lutheran's basketball squad wallop Seneca by a tally of 80-47.
With the victory, Lutheran improves its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Princeton (Princeton, IL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 15. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Princeton won 61-55 in their recent league challenge against Kewanee (Kewanee, IL)
Next up, the Fighting Irish confront the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 15. Seneca will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 58-53 league loss to Monticello (Monticello, IL).
