Louisiana High School Basketball - McDonogh 35 ripped by McKinley
January 15, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70122 The McKinley Panthers basketball team scored 58 points and held the host McDonogh 35 Roneagles to 31 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zachary for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. McKinley will meet a Broncos team coming off a 71-59 non-league win over Wossman (Monroe, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 17-5.
The Roneagles (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 8-15 record. In their last contest, West Jefferson was routed by Sarah T. Reed (New Orleans, LA), 53-47, in a non-league contest.
