The Crestwood Cadets basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting South Winneshiek Warriors to 31 in the Cadets non-league victory on Monday.

The Cadets now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decorah-North Winneshiek for a Northeast Iowa contest on Friday, January 19. Crestwood will battle a Vikings team coming off a 52-29 non-league win over Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 9-5.

The Warriors (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils come into the Upper Iowa contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, West Central dropped by Central (Elkader, IA), 68-20, in a league contest.
