Massachusetts High School Basketball - Assabet Valley RVT knocks off West Boylston
January 15, 2025: Marlborough, MA 01752 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs (Marlborough, MA) and the visiting West Boylston Lions (West Boylston, MA), observed Assabet Valley RVT's basketball team overcome West Boylston by a margin of 73-53.
The Aztecs (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA). The Bulldogs come into the Colonial challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Montachusett RVT defeated St. Bernard's Central Catholic (Fitchburg, MA), 50-32, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Ayer Shirley Panthers (Ayer, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett E challenge, on Friday, January 17. West Boylston will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 55-33 league win over Narragansett Regional (Baldwinville, MA).
