With the victory, Mary Star of the Sea advances its record to 14-5 on the year. The Stars host Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA) to face the Cardinals in a Santa Fe match on Friday, January 17. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 12-7. Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary lost 68-51 in their recent league match against Verbum Dei Jesuit (Los Angeles, CA)
The Dolphins now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flintridge Prep for a Prep match on Tuesday, January 21.
