California High School Basketball - Verdugo Hills overwhelmed by Grant

January 15, 2025: Van Nuys, CA 91401

In Wednesday's league test, the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA), by a score of 95-35.

Next, the Lancers clash with the Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA) in a East Valley test, on Friday, January 17. Grant will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 10-5 record after their 67-48 league loss to Poly (Sun Valley, CA).

The Dons (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Chavez (San Fernando, CA). The Eagles come into the East Valley test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Chavez was routed by Monroe (North Hills, CA), 67-31, in a league test.
