In Sunday's non-league outing, the Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Reading Red KNights (Reading, PA), by a count of 61-57.

The Aces (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Pioneers go into the Central outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Conestoga held off Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA), 61-51, in a non-league outing.

The Red KNights now hold a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Twin Valley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 18. Reading will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 61-43 non-league loss to Berks Catholic (Reading, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-8.
