California High School Basketball - Archbishop Riordan succumbs to Jesuit
January 16, 2023: Carmichael, CA 95608 The Jesuit Marauders topped the visiting Archbishop Riordan Crusaders basketball team by a final score of 63-52 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Marauders face the Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack (Elk Grove, CA) in a Delta League game, on Wednesday, January 18. Jesuit will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Wolfpack enter the game with a 5-12 record after their 75-68 non-league win over Benicia (Benicia, CA).
With the defeat, Archbishop Riordan moves to 11-3 on the year. The Crusaders host Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to face the Monarchs in a West Catholic game on Tuesday, January 17. The Monarchs enter the game with a record of 12-2. Archbishop Mitty won 85-48 in their recent league game against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)
