Alabama High School Basketball - Gardendale fells Holt
January 16, 2023: Holt, AL 35404 Gardendale Rockets (Gardendale, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Holt Ironmen (Holt, AL), 82-63 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gardendale upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Rockets travel to Jackson-Olin (Birmingham, AL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Jackson-Olin lost 66-63 in their recent non-league bout against Carver Birmingham (Birmingham, AL)
Next up, the Ironmen clash with the West Blocton Tigers (West Blocton, AL) in a 4A Area 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Holt will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
