Iowa High School Basketball - Tri-Center overwhelms Shenandoah
January 16, 2023: Neola, IA 51559 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA) and the visiting Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA), saw Tri-Center's basketball squad wallop Shenandoah by a count of 77-48.
With the victory, Tri-Center upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host IKM/Manning (Manning, IA) to play the Wolves in a Western Iowa challenge on Friday, January 20. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. IKM/Manning lost 62-49 in their recent non-league challenge against AHSTW (Avoca, IA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) in a Hawkeye Ten challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Shenandoah will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 57-56 league win over Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA).
