New Jersey High School Ice Hockey - Fairfield Prep drops to Delbarton
January 16, 2023: Morristown, NJ 07960 Delbarton Green Wave (Morristown, NJ) fans left the game thrilled Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Fairfield Prep Jesuits (Fairfield, CT), 7-2 in a non-league match.
The Green Wave (4-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ). The Hermits enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, St. Augustine Prep held off Hun (Princeton, NJ), 5-3, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Jesuits encounter the Hamden Green Dragons (Hamden, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - DI match, on Saturday, January 21. Fairfield Prep will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Green Dragons enter the match with a 0-9 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT).
