January 16, 2024: Harmony, PA 16037 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) and the visiting New Castle Hurricanes (New Castle, PA), saw Seneca Valley's basketball squad overcome New Castle by a tally of 66-51.
With the victory, Seneca Valley improves its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Raiders host Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Blackhawk lost 102-57 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA)
Next up, the Hurricanes confront the Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. New Castle will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Little Indians come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 53-44 league win over Freeport (Freeport, PA).
