Ohio High School Basketball - Wadsworth knocked off by Medina
January 16, 2024: Wadsworth, OH 44281 The Medina Battling Bees basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Wadsworth Grizzlies to 35 in the Battling Bees non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Battling Bees now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shaker Heights for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Medina will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 65-32 non-league loss to Solon (Solon, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
The Grizzlies (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Nordonia (Macedonia, OH). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Nordonia was defeated by Brush (Lyndhurst, OH), 34-32, in a non-league contest.
