The Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) basketball knocked off the host Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA), 50-40 in Tuesday's league test.

The Scorpions (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Frazier Mountain (Lebec, CA). The Falcons go into the High Desert test with a 0-1 record.

The Roadrunners now own a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Mammoth for a High Desert test on Friday, January 19. Rosamond will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 50-28 league loss to Desert (Edwards AFB, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 4-10.
