Utah High School Basketball - West Jordan overwhelms Granger
January 16, 2024: West Jordan, UT 84088 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Jordan Jaguars (West Jordan, UT) and the visiting Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), saw West Jordan's basketball squad wallop Granger by a tally of 81-19.
With the victory, West Jordan improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Kearns (Kearns, UT) to confront the Cougars in a 5A Region 4 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Kearns lost 56-47 in their recent league challenge against Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT)
Next up, the Lancers confront the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) in a 5A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Granger will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 47-43 league loss to Cyprus (Magna, UT).
