Aptos Mariners (Aptos, CA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Soquel Knights (Soquel, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mariners confront the Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA) in a Santa Cruz Coast challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Aptos will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record.

The Knights now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Harbor for a Santa Cruz Coast challenge on Thursday, January 18. Soquel will confront a Pirates team coming off a 4-0 league win over San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 7-2.
