Wisconsin High School Basketball - Siren nips Bruce
January 16, 2025: Siren, WI 54872 Spectators at Thursday's non-league bout between the Siren Dragons (Siren, WI) and the visiting Bruce Red Raiders (Bruce, WI), saw Siren's basketball team nip Bruce by a tally of 58-53.
The Dragons now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Luck for a Lakeland - West bout on Friday, January 17. Siren will play a Cardinals team coming off a 53-50 league loss to Shell Lake (Shell Lake, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-8.
With the loss, Bruce falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Cornell (Cornell, WI) to play the Chiefs in a Lakeland - East bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 1-12. Cornell lost 59-37 in their recent league bout against Clayton (Clayton, WI)
