Minnesota High School Basketball - Hibbing holds off Grand Rapids
January 16, 2025: Grand Rapids, MN 55744 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Hibbing Bluejackets basketball team scored a close 58-53 triumph over the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks.
The Bluejackets (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks go into the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Bemidji nipped Hermantown (Hermantown, MN), 88-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Thunderhawks confront the Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels (Moose Lake, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Grand Rapids will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record.
