Alaska High School Basketball - Palmer routs Houston
January 16, 2025: Palmer, AK 99645 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Palmer Moose basketball team scored a big 81-53 triumph over the Houston Hawks.
The Moose (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK). The Lions go into the 4A Northern Lights contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Mountain City Christian Academy smashed Soldotna (Soldotna, AK), 73-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Sitka Wolves (Sitka, AK) in a 3A Eastern contest, on Thursday, January 23. Houston will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 8-0 record after their 72-55 non-league win over Valdez (Valdez, AK).
