Florida High School Basketball - East River fells Davenport
January 16, 2025: Davenport, FL 33837 The East River Falcons basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Davenport Broncos to 29 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Falcons now have a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Innovation for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. East River will confront a Bulls team coming off a 46-28 non-league win over Windermere (Windermere, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, Davenport falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Ridge Community (Davenport, FL) to confront the Bolts in a 7A District 9 game on Friday, January 17. The Bolts go into the game with a record of 9-5. Ridge Community won 35-20 in their recent non-league game against Bartow (Bartow, FL)
