The St. Michaels Saints basketball squad (St. Michaels, MD), was crushed 39-3 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Holly Grove Christian Eagles (Westover, MD)

With the victory, Holly Grove Christian advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Eagles host Greenwood Mennonite (Greenwood, DE) to meet the Flames in a Delaware Valley Christian battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Flames enter the battle with a record of 7-2. Greenwood Mennonite won 61-18 in their recent league battle against Fairwinds Christian (Bear, DE)

The Saints now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Caroline for a Bayside - North battle on Tuesday, January 21. St. Michaels will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 35-33 league win over Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-6.
