Indiana High School Basketball - Tri can't hold off Richmond

Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), 46-44 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Richmond advances its record to 8-9 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Charlestown (Charlestown, IN) to face the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 9-6. Charlestown won 35-18 in their recent league match against Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN)

The Titans now own a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Castle for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. Tri will face a Trojans squad coming off a 65-30 league loss to Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 4-13.
