Colorado High School Basketball - Pueblo Central can't get by Pueblo West
January 16, 2025: Pueblo, CO 81004 Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Pueblo Central Wildcats (Pueblo, CO), 72-71 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pueblo West advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Cyclones travel to Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-4.
The Wildcats now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pueblo South for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. Pueblo Central will meet a Colts squad coming off a 53-40 non-league win over Golden (Golden, CO). The Colts record now stands at 2-0.
