January 17, 2022: Abington, MA 02351 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Foxborough Warriors (Foxborough, MA) and the host Abington Green Wave (Abington, MA), saw Foxborough's basketball squad hold off Abington by a tally of 70-65.
With the victory, Foxborough improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Franklin (Franklin, MA) to confront the Panthers in a Hockomock challenge on Tuesday, January 18. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Franklin lost 48-38 in their recent league challenge against Mansfield (Mansfield, MA)
Next up, the Green Wave confront the Mashpee Falcons (Mashpee, MA) in a South Shore challenge, on Tuesday, January 18. Abington will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 57-38 league loss to Carver (Carver, MA).
