Florida High School Basketball - Lake Nona crushes East River
January 17, 2022: Orlando, FL 32832 Lake Nona Lions (Orlando, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East River Falcons (Orlando, FL), 66-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Nona upgrades its record to 4-10 on the season. The Lions travel to Lyman (Longwood, FL) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 19. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Lyman won 44-34 in their recent non-league bout against Space Coast (Cocoa, FL)
Next up, the Falcons play the Celebration Storm (Celebration, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. East River will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Storm go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 69-35 non-league win over Tenoroc (Lakeland, FL).
