Oregon High School Basketball - Grant nips West Linn
January 17, 2022: Portland, OR 97212 Grant Generals (Portland, OR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Linn Lions (West Linn, OR), 55-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Grant upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Generals travel to Cleveland (Portland, OR) to play the Warriors in a 6A Portland bout on Wednesday, January 19. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Cleveland won 52-42 in their recent league bout against Franklin (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Lions play the Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 17. West Linn will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 60-36 league win over Thurston (Springfield, OR).
