Massachusetts High School Basketball - Reading Memorial overwhelms Stoneham
January 17, 2022: Reading, MA 01867 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) and the visiting Stoneham Spartans (Stoneham, MA), saw Reading Memorial's basketball squad wallop Stoneham by a tally of 45-23.
With the victory, Reading Memorial improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Watertown (Watertown, MA) to play the Red Raiders in a Middlesex challenge on Friday, January 21. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-2.
Next up, the Spartans play the Arlington Spy Ponders (Arlington, MA) in a Middlesex challenge, on Friday, January 21. Stoneham will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
