Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fort Wayne Canterbury Cavaliers (Fort Wayne, IN), 50-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Huntington North upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Vikings travel to Bellmont (Decatur, IN) to clash with the Braves in a Northeast 8 bout on Saturday, January 21. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Bellmont lost 69-54 in their recent league bout against Norwell (Ossian, IN)

Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Fort Wayne Canterbury will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
