Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Tamarac Bengals (Troy, NY) and the host Green Tech Eagles (Albany, NY), saw Tamarac's basketball squad hold off Green Tech by a tally of 68-65.

With the victory, Tamarac improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Bengals host Mechanicville (Mechanicville, NY) to confront the Red Raiders in a Section 2 Wasaren - A challenge on Friday, January 20. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Mechanicville won 50-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY)

Next up, the Eagles confront the East Eagles (Rochester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Green Tech will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record.
