Missouri High School Basketball - Kennett holds off Twin Rivers
January 17, 2023: Broseley, MO 63932 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kennett Indians (Kennett, MO) and the host Twin Rivers Royals (Broseley, MO), saw Kennett's basketball squad hold off Twin Rivers by a tally of 69-68.
With the victory, Kennett improves its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Indians host Sikeston (Sikeston, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a Southeast Missouri challenge on Friday, January 20. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Sikeston won 77-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Farmington (Farmington, MO)
Next up, the Royals confront the Neelyville Tigers (Neelyville, MO) in a Ozark Foothills challenge, on Friday, January 20. Twin Rivers will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record.
