Minnesota High School Basketball - Providence Academy ripped by Metro College Prep
January 17, 2023: Minneapolis, MN 55411 The Metro College Prep Lions basketball team scored 97 points and held the visiting Providence Academy Lions to 33 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minnesota Transitions for a A Section 4 contest on Wednesday, January 25. Metro College Prep will battle a Wolves team coming off a 72-65 league loss to Venture Academy (Minneapolis, MN). The Wolves record now stands at 0-2.
The Lions (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Blake (Minneapolis, MN). The Bears enter the AA Section 5 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Blake triumphed over Jordan (Jordan, MN), 67-60, in a non-league contest.
