California High School Basketball - Providence over Polytechnic
January 17, 2023: Burbank, CA 91505 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) and the visiting Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA), saw Providence's basketball squad overcome Polytechnic by a tally of 69-55.
With the victory, Providence improves its record to 13-10 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) to confront the Dolphins in a Prep challenge on Friday, January 20. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Chadwick won 62-28 in their recent league challenge against Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Flintridge Prep Wolves (La Canada, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Friday, January 20. Polytechnic will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 61-29 non-league loss to Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA).
