January 17, 2023: Waupun, WI 53963 The Waupun Warriors (Waupun, WI) basketball nipped the visiting Randolph Rockets (Randolph, WI), 51-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Winneconne (Winneconne, WI). The Wolves go into the East Central test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, Winneconne got by Plymouth (Plymouth, WI), 54-47, in a league test.
The Rockets now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Montello for a Trailways - West test on Thursday, January 19. Randolph will encounter a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Horicon (Horicon, WI). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-9.
