Massachusetts High School Basketball - Seekonk holds off Fairhaven
January 17, 2024: Seekonk, MA 02771 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Seekonk Warriors (Seekonk, MA) and the visiting Fairhaven Blue Devils (Fairhaven, MA), saw Seekonk's basketball squad hold off Fairhaven by a tally of 46-43.
With the victory, Seekonk improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bourne (Bourne, MA) to confront the Canalmen in a South Coast challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Canalmen come into the challenge with a record of 10-0. Bourne won 77-65 in their recent league challenge against Somerset Berkley Regional (Somerset, MA)
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the West Bridgewater Wildcats (West Bridgewater, MA) in a South Coast challenge, on Friday, January 19. Fairhaven will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 60-42 league win over Case (Swansea, MA).
