Florida High School Basketball - Westwood knocked off by Tradition Prep
January 17, 2024: Fort Pierce, FL 34947 The Tradition Prep Pirates basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Westwood Panthers to 53 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pirates now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Okeechobee for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Tradition Prep will battle a Brahmans team coming off a 50-35 non-league win over Westwood (Fort Pierce, FL). The Brahmans record now stands at 9-7.
The Panthers (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against John Carroll Catholic (Fort Pierce, FL). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, John Carroll Catholic was defeated by Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy (Melbourne, FL), 59-47, in a non-league contest.
