The Edgewood Lions basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Pomona Red Devils to 27 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Puente for a contest on Friday, January 19. Edgewood will battle a Warriors team coming off a 49-28 league win over Pomona (Pomona, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-4.
