The Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE) basketball crushed the host Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE), 63-33 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Adams Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. Grand Island Central Catholic will play a Patriots team coming off a 66-57 non-league win over Ord (Ord, NE). The Patriots record now stands at 8-6.
