Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC), 76-19 in a league match.

With the victory, Burlington Christian Academy upgrades its record to 14-8 on the year. The Royals travel to Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Crusaders in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 11-6. Trinity Christian lost 67-61 in their recent non-league match against Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC)

The Quakers now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Burlington School for a NCISAA Central Carolina match on Thursday, January 23. Carolina Friends will face a Spartans squad coming off a 67-50 non-league loss to Garner (Garner, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 13-9.
