Oregon High School Basketball - West Linn can't hold off Caldera
January 17, 2025: Bend, OR 97702 Caldera (Bend, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting West Linn Lions (West Linn, OR), 78-76 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Caldera upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The travel to Ridgeview (Redmond, OR) to face the Ravens in a 5A Intermountain match on Wednesday, January 22. The Ravens enter the match with a record of 7-9. Ridgeview won 63-54 in their recent non-league match against Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR)
The Lions now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Salem for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. West Linn will face a Saxons squad coming off a 73-63 league win over North Salem (Salem, OR). The Saxons record now stands at 8-5.
