Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Chiles Timberwolves (Tallahassee, FL), 81-70 in a league match.

With the victory, Leon advances its record to 15-5 on the year. The Lions host Mosley (Lynn Haven, FL) to face the Dolphins in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Dolphins enter the match with a record of 11-8. Mosley won 53-49 in their recent non-league match against South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL)

The Timberwolves now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to FAMU DRS for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Chiles will face a Baby Rattlers squad coming off a 65-38 non-league loss to Madison County (Madison, FL). The Baby Rattlers record now stands at 3-13.
