The Geneva Vikings basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Naperville Central Redhawks to 48 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now possess a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Antioch for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Geneva will confront a Sequoits team coming off a 53-42 league loss to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Sequoits record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Naperville Central falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 9-9. Plainfield North lost 50-49 in their recent league game against Romeoville (Romeoville, IL)
