January 17, 2025: Baton Rouge, LA 70815 West Feliciana Saints (St. Francisville, LA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host IDEA Bridge Capitals (Baton Rouge, LA), 66-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Feliciana advances its record to 16-5 on the year. The Saints travel to Belaire (Baton Rouge, LA) to face the Bengals in a 4A District 6 match on Friday, January 24. The Bengals enter the match with a record of 7-16.
The Capitals now own a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westgate for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. IDEA Bridge will face a Tigers squad coming off a 61-29 non-league win over New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 13-10.
